Products & Ordering
You must make sure that you read the item and product descriptions thoroughly before ordering to ensure you are happy with the product and this is before making a purchase.
We do not accept responsibility for variances within products. We do update the products that we feature and the designs from time to time.
We reserve the right to update and change the item descriptions – at any time.
Please familiarise yourself with the details and products every time you place an order with us.
We cannot be held responsible if you decide against this and later find that you are unhappy with the description / feature as the details are stated beforehand.
When placing an order with us, you go through (and complete) an online checkout process. As part of this process, you have the opportunity to check your order, correct any errors and add any items that you may have missed before proceeding to payment.
Its is the USER responsibility to check orders before proceeding to the payment page.
We will send you a confirmation to the email address that you have provided on your order, listing all the products that you have ordered, along with our contact details for any help.
Once your order has been placed with us, we are unfortunately unable to add, edit or change items on your order so please make sure you have included everything before checking out. Anything which you have missed or forgotten will need to placed on another order.
We may refuse to an accept an order if:
- Authorisation of payment cannot be obtained.
- If there is an error in the pricing or product description.
- Where goods are not available.
- If there have been problems with your orders in the past.
- If aggressive / rude / abusive language is being used towards us. This is something that we DO NOT tolerate.
Product Pricing
Our pricing is constantly reviewed and we will always aim to keep our pricing to a minimum however we reserve the right to change the pricing at any time.

Cancellations, Refunds / Returns (If applicable)
We value each and every customer and we are happy to resolve any issues. Please get in touch with our team.
As a small business, we have to verify each claim to protect ourselves and this goes through to the relevant department. We are more than happy to help and resolve all genuine cases.
If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us prior to any work taking place. Please state the order number within the e-mail.
We do not accept exchanges, refunds or returns for the following:
-Work that has already started.
-Downloadable items.
-Change of mind.
Refunds (if applicable)
We do not refund downloadable items nor do we refund any work that as commenced – for example, copywriting work, website design work etc.
