Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, we are unfortunately unable to edit or change this.

Place make sure you have included everything, before checking out. The team will only have the option to raise an invoice manually – for any additions.

Below, we may refuse to accept an order if:

Product Pricing

Pricing is something that is constantly reviewed and we reserve the right to change the pricing at any time.

Cancellations and Refunds – If Applicable

We value each customer. As a business, we have to verify each claim to protect ourselves.

This goes through to the relevant department and we are happy to resolve genuine cases.

If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us prior to any work taking place. State the order number that you receive.

We do not accept exchanges, refunds or returns for the following:

-Work that has already started.

-Downloadable items.

-Change of mind.

Refunds (If Applicable)

We do NOT refund downloadable items.

We do NOT refund on any work that has commenced. This includes copywriting work, web design work and other web services.
